晚，江苏如皋市下原镇人民政府发布情况通报：4月18日早上7时左右，有网友反映下原镇蔡荡村发现一处猫只集中点。接报后，我镇立即会同相关职能部门核查处置。经查，现场发现67只猫，现已全部转移至宠物医院妥善安置。当事人甘某某正在接受进一步调查，后续将依法依规进行处置。
